How do I find my photos
Enter your Race Number in the search box on the homepage, or click Search link in the top menu to open Search page. Make sure you select your race from Event dropdown box, otherwise the results page will show runners from all races in the database.
I can’t find my photos
Photos of runners who have no visible race number, or a number we could not positively identify, cannot be properly tagged, therefore won’t show in search results. If this is the case you can still browse through all event photos and manage to find your photos. To help you navigate all the pages all photos are sorted chronologically (date of being taken).
I am happy with my order and I am ready to pay
Make a final check of the order in your Cart. Click on “Checkout Now”. You will need to provide an email address to receive an automatic email with a download link when your order is confirmed. Incorrect email addresses will prevent the delivery of your order. You order details will be confirmed and an Order Details will appear on the screen.
How do I pay
You can pay by Credit/Debit Card. When you click “Checkout now” a modal overlay box (powered by Stripe) will appear, where you need to enter your email, billing address, and card details.
After the successful payment you will be redirected to a Download page, which contains order summary and the download link. You will also receive an automatic email confirmation of your purchase. The email will also include a download link for your future reference. You can use the link in you confirmation email to download you photo at any time.
Your payment information is handled by Stripe – a trusted online payment processor. We do not store your card details. We maintain the highest levels of security – we use a high-level SSL encryption technology – the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.
How do I know my order has been accepted
You order details will be confirmed will appear on the screen after completing the payment. You may print the receipt or save it on your computer. When your order has been processed online, you will receive a confirmation email that includes order details with a download link.
I placed my order but haven’t received any confirmation
An automatic email confirming an order is always sent to the email address provided. Sometimes the email address has an error. Sometimes the email might be blocked by a spam filter. Regrettably we have no control over this. If you think you have provided us with a correct email, and still haven’t got anything (even into Spam folder in your mailbox), let us know and we will sort this out for you.
How soon can I download my photos
Digital downloads are available immediately after receipt of payment. After successful payment you will be automatically redirected back to the Download page on our website. We will also send your an email with a download link to the email address you provided at the checkout. Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox.

How big can I print a digital image
Our images are JPEG files that can be printed up to 30cm x 20cm /12” x 8” without the loss of quality. That’s about A4 or letter size. Original image resolution is usually 3600x2400px.
What if I am unhappy with the quality of an image I purchased?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the image ID or file name and any concerns you have about the image.
How many times can I download the photo?
You can download each image as many times as you like. So, if you lose the image, you can re-download it using the link in your confirmation email.
Can I order photos from past events
Yes. Photos from all previous events will always be online to view and order.
What is a Lightbox
A Lightbox is a way of taking a closer, or second look at your images you saved during your image search. It is also a way of saving images during your photo search so that you can look at them later without having to search again.
